B.LS4.1 Communicate scientific information that common ancestry and biological evolution are supported by multiple lines of empirical evidence.

Using this one standard as an outline we are able to see how applying art in science classes adds us another level of communication. Not only will this enrich the students' understanding of the scientific principle it provides an avenue to express knowledge that would not otherwise exist.
